While the majority of people can benefit greatly from this therapy, there are some individuals that should be cautious. Those who have sever trauma or PTSD or have serious physical injuries would benefit from a one one one class that can be designed around your specific physical and emotional state in a held container with a teacher to assist you. The voice is a powerful ally to tremoring, not only can it help to bring on the tremor mechanism, but it is powerful in releasing stuck emotions and regulating the nervous system. By making sound and using the vibration of our voice we can increase wellbeing, connect to ourself and reduce stress.
